His experience on both sides of the innovation gap — operators unable to adopt fast enough, technology companies unable to expand — led him to found Newen, bridging execution and innovation across Latin America's energy markets.

With a background in operations and team coordination, Anna focuses on making things run smoothly — aligning people, organizing workflows, and ensuring priorities move forward. She brings a practical mindset to both internal and client-facing work, helping teams stay focused and effective across projects.
